Who this site is for

OncoWiz publishes professional education in oncology and artificial intelligence. It is intended for qualified healthcare professionals, trainees, researchers and students. You must be 18 or older to subscribe or to contact us.

Educational use only

All material on the site is educational. It is not medical advice, and it must not be used to diagnose or treat any person. The Medical Disclaimer forms part of these terms and sets out the limits of what is published here, including the limits of the interactive AI applications.

What you may do with the content

You may read, cite and share the material for your own professional education and for non-commercial teaching, provided you credit OncoWiz and link to the original page. You may print or save a copy for personal reference.

You may not republish substantial portions, sell or license the content, present it as your own, use it in commercial training products, or feed it into a system that reproduces it as a substitute for the site — including scraping it to train or ground a machine-learning model — without our written permission.

Intellectual property

The text, layout, design, code, graphics and structured content of OncoWiz are owned by OncoWiz or used under licence. Third-party material — figures, quotations and cited literature — remains the property of its owners and is used for the purpose of education, commentary and review.

Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its database, or any account.
• Do not submit anything unlawful, defamatory, or infringing through the contact form.
• Do not subscribe an email address that is not yours.
• Do not use automated means to overload the site, harvest content in bulk, or circumvent rate limits.
• Do not enter patient-identifiable information anywhere on this site or into any application linked from it.

The linked applications

The interactive applications reached from OncoWiz are demonstrations hosted by third parties. They are not medical devices and carry no regulatory approval. They are provided as they are, with no guarantee of availability, accuracy or continuity, and may be modified or withdrawn at any time. Your use of them is at your own risk and is additionally governed by whatever terms their hosts impose.

What you send us

When you send a message through the contact form, you confirm the message is yours to send and that we may use it to reply to you. Do not send confidential clinical information, patient data, or anything you are not free to disclose.

Links to journals, guidelines and datasets are provided for convenience. We do not control those sites, do not endorse them, and are not responsible for their content or their practices.

You agree to indemnify OncoWiz against any claim arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the site.

Ending access

We may suspend or withdraw access to the site, in whole or in part, at any time and without notice, including where these terms have been breached.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them, save that nothing here deprives a consumer of the protection of the mandatory law of their own country of residence.

Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a revision means you accept it.
